Email supportFitCheck uses the published AFPC PFRA scoring chart (effective 1 March 2026) for your age and sex. Cardio is worth up to 50 points, body composition (waist-to-height ratio) 20, strength 15, and core 15. You need 75 total and every component minimum to pass. FitCheck applies the AFMAN 36-2905 rules for waist measurement, body fat assessment, and altitude.
No. FitCheck is an independent practice tool and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Space Force, or the Department of Defense. Your official result is the one recorded in myFitness. If the two differ, myFitness is the record.
At the top of the Assessment tab, choose Practice for a self-check or Official to log a result recorded in myFitness. Only official results set your next due date and count toward failure tracking. You can also mark a saved assessment as official in History.
If you test at 5,250 feet or higher, FitCheck applies AFMAN 36-2905 Attachment 3: it subtracts time from 2-mile run results, adds HAMR shuttles, and uses the higher 2-km walk limits. Set your test altitude in Settings › Your profile, or tap Use my location .
We update FitCheck when AFPC publishes new scoring charts. You can also import a newer AFMAN 36-2905 or Warfighter's Fitness Playbook PDF from Files in the in-app reader's menu.
From your latest official result: 6 months after a pass (12 months for the Air Reserve Component) and 3 months after a failure, due by the end of that month. Exemptions, holds, and other statuses you add in Official test status can change the date. Check with your UFPM if you're unsure.
Yes. On the Training tab, tap Edit and turn on Official test is scheduled , then pick your test day. The plan tapers into that day, and the dashboard counts down to it.

It needs location access and an internet connection. If it can't reach Apple Weather, enter the temperature, wind, and other readings yourself; the conditions check works the same way. Before an official test, the FAC or UFAC confirms conditions with base weather or bioenvironmental engineering.
Check iPhone Settings › Notifications › FitCheck and make sure notifications are allowed. Due-date reminders also need to be turned on in Official test status.
On the Training tab, open the day and choose to skip an exercise or the whole day. The plan adjusts around it.
